- Welcome to the ]NsR[ clan's home page -
NsR or - No Skill Required - is a community of gamers who like to play custom maps for fun. We are not based on skills or talent. We are interested in players that create a good atmosphere. There are some former CAL players, but this is not the mentality of the clan.


  • Many people want to join NsR, to help clarify, this is what we look for please read below.

    A. People must be a regular to the server (3 to 4 months of active playing time) and to the forums.
    B. People attempting to join the team must follow the guidelines of the server.Click here for the Rules/Guidelines
    C. What we look for above all else is your personality. We DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT!!!!! recruit based on personal skill. This is just a game. We are not a CAL team; we are a group of gamers who just want to have fun. We are looking for people who will bring overall enjoyment to the server and the game.
    D. We would also be grateful if you purchased a reserve slot and helped out the server financially

Changes

Hey just giving you a heads up on some of the changes going on with the web page.

  • We have switched over to Team Speak 3 for voice comm, so I've removed the ventrillio quire on the right of the web.

  • We have made some changes to the forums in preparation for the switch to a phpBB driven web page.

  • We will be changing some of the subscriptions around soon along with the subscription/support page.

  • I'm currently working on new Logos.

  • I have several color schemes ready for when we go live.



While we are switching over to the new page the web will be down for a short period of time. I will post prior to this in the forums.

Congratulations ]NsR[ HolyCow and ]NsR[ EvilStewie on their engagement to be married over the 4th of July weekend! We don't know if a wedding date has been set. But perhaps there's a ]NsR[ EvilCow or ]NsR[ HolyStewie on the way? Only time will tell

I'm removing the log in for regular users on the front page as it's only needed for admins to post information, news and to update server info.
I'm also going to be removing all non nsr moderator/admin level people from the front page as well.

From the console of L4d one or two use the following search key's to use our servers

sv_search_key nsrl4d

sv_search_key nsrl4d2

Or easier still once in lobby of L4D2, have the lobby leader load the map then click on the NsR steam group servers.
